South side of PCH location walk/bike to foot bridge to beach. Corona Del Mar or"Crown of the Sea" is known as one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Corona Del Mar currently holds the most expensive beachfront residence in the country at 75Mil! A few Hollywood celebs own private getaways in the area. The Mystique and Prestige of the Corona Del Mar Village is enjoyed by those with a more discerning taste and appreciation for the quaint cottages of yesterday. Great local shopping and dining all along PCH.
This property is unique as it has two detached two level houses (top picture shows street side of the front house - which in not for rent). The vacation rental is accessible through a gate that leads into a private courtyard exclusively for the second unit. One bedroom is on the bottom level that has direct access to the courtyard. The upper level is reached by a stairway that faces the courtyard. Up stairs you will find a kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. Beautiful hard wood floors thought out this airy peaceful space.
Weather:
We have no seasons!! This is Southern California and I can't tell you how many days we have in winter that feel like summer, it just gets cold at night. Summer is summer and around 76-84 degrees during the day and now less than 68 degrees at night, great for sitting on the deck.
Do not miss out on an evening beach bonfire, a night out dancing, or a long ride on our 15-mile-long, ocean view, bike path from Newport to Seal Beach. Business trip? Bring the whole family. Work in peace in the office with phone, Internet, and desk at your disposal. This is a true, luxury, and vacation home in a quiet and safe neighborhood.
