This house has an open design, allowing lots of natural light in and creating THE PERFECT atmosphere for your relaxing vacation. Ocean and city views can be seen from all four decks of this amazing beach house. Views from every room.
This 3,800 square ft. home will sleep 8-14 comfortably (even more can be accommodated). A unique feature of this house is the option of having private entries to each of the 3 floors along with the master house key that opens up to 5 other entrances.
Everything you will need for your vacation will be in this house. Great kitchen and formal dining room for entertaining with three fireplaces along with a 50 inch big screen in living room w/Direct TV Platinum Package (200 Channels w/40 Free Movie Channels). The rooftop deck is perfect for
sunbathing, entertaining and relaxing in the Jacuzzi overlooking the ocean.
Great location, 6 blocks from the Hermosa Pier, a Variety of Restaurants, Shops,and Nightlife are a short walk away. We do accept personal or business checks and credit cards (their is a 2.25% fee) for the Security deposit.
