Property Information

The bedrooms are good size. Living room/dining room combination areas are compact as are most Mission beach locations.Our prices are lower than most but we provide personal, local property management. (Over 15 years experience)

Our Beach Duplex is clean and fresh, Three bedroom, two bathroom upper unit with a ocean view balcony and master bedroom with separate entry and bathroom. (All rooms have partial ocean view). And a Two bedroom, one bathroom first, floor unit. Excellent quality brand new mattress's. We provide queen size sofa sleeper in the three bedroom unit and double bed size sofa sleeper in the 2 bedroom unit. The bedrooms are good size. Living room/dining room combination areas are compact as are most Mission beach locations.

All five bedrooms are wonderfully for family re-unions and multi-families as well. Modern looking duplex (built in 70's) with updated dual pane windows. Brand new furniture and carpeting, tile, paint 2007. 55 steps to ocean sand and boardwalk. One half double garage per unit(automatic door).There is outdoor shower and foot washer hose in common area.

La Mission Beach house is located in Mission Beach San Diego. Mission Beach is an ideal place to get away with your family. It has some of the most beautiful weather in the world. There are enough attractions that would take you a month to view. Visit the home of the world famous San Diego Zoo, the San Diego Wild Animal Park, Shamu at Seaworld, take the kids to Legoland, have dinner and go dancing at the Gas Lamp District in down town San Diego, or enjoy the museums, the Carlsbad Flower Fields, Point Loma and the beauty of Balboa Park. Located within minutes of the above destinations La Mission Beach House is the place to stay. La Mission Beach House is located in Mission Beach on a walk street, steps from the sand and ocean with Mission Bay one block to the east. La Mission Beach house would be a great home base for your adventurous and luxurious vacation.

Mission Bay Park is West Coast's largest aquatic park covers over 4,600 acres and offers a wide range of recreational activities. The Park includes 27 miles of sparkling ocean beaches. If you dreamed about staying at the beachfront property you are in luck.

Mission Beach...is one of the most popular beaches in San Diego, California with tourists and locals alike. Located along the boardwalk referred to as The Strand, Mission Beach stretches on for 2 miles beginning with Mission Bay Beach and ending at Pacific Beach. Pacific Beach (PB) and Mission Beach is about as close as San Diego gets to Miami's South Beach. Perfect white sand beaches, endless summer weather, surfboards, string bikinis, restaurants and night clubs action never seems to stop around here. You can enjoy the walk on the famous Bayside Walk.

South Mission Beach.... consists of two-miles stretch of sandy beach, which is probably the liveliest spot in San Diego during the summer. The Strand spans the entire length of the beach and allows for people watching, walking, biking, bicycling, and skating, although speed regulations are imposed and enforced. In the water, surfing, body boarding, kayaking, and swimming are enjoyed. At the Northern end of the beach is the 73 foot tall Big Dipper Roller Coaster at Belmont Park. Next to the coaster is Mission Beach Arcade, which also hosts the Pirates Cove Play Area for younger children. Casual dining and shops can be found in the vicinity as well.

Mission Bay... is also home to SeaWorld, a 190 acre aquatic park. Swimmers and sun lovers are drawn to the excellent surf conditions and soft sand beaches. Mission Bay offers boat docks and launches, sailboat and motor rentals, bike/walk paths, basketball courts, and playgrounds for children. It's one of San Diego's most fun-filled spots to visit. Public restrooms and showers are available and lifeguard stations are located in designated areas. Nestled in the west end of the beach is a network of channels and islands - a perfect spot for everyone from wind surfers to water skiers. It's your choice to swim, enjoy the sun, tennis, wave runners, jet ski, rent a boat and explore the thousands of acres of waterways, stay on shore and spend the day picnicking or ride a bike along the paths enjoying the majestic scene.
