This charming cottage is just a short walk to the beach. It is an immaculate two-bedroom one bath newly rehabbed cottage in a small grouping of cottages in Union Pier. Pine floors, granite counters, and a large screened porch make this cottage ideal for your family vacation. Enjoy the wood fireplace, the gas grill, and a fire pit in the common area. Located in union Pier, 2-3 blocks to the beach.
Additional Rate Information
Deposit 50%, 3-night minimum on Holiday Weekends, billed at weekend rates. Check in is 4PM EST; check out is 10AM EST during the summer. Off-Season varies. Please call a few days prior to your arrival to make arrangements to pick up keys. We will make special arrangements for late arrivals. Remember we are one hour ahead of Chicago Time, So please plan accordingly.

Here are some basic's one can expect: TV, VCR, Kitchens, Microwaves, Coffee Makers Toasters, Kitchenware, and Pots & pans ect.. We provide you with a "starter set" of two rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom, two rolls of paper towels, two garbage bags and some basic cleaning supplies. Linens such as sheets and towels are provided based on the number of beds.
