Property Information
This deluxe villa is located just a few hundred meters from St. Martin's famous Orient Beach. There are 4+ bedrooms, 2 with king beds and marble bathrooms. One of them has its own little kitchen area and refrigerator. Of the other 2 bedrooms, one has 2 twin beds, the other a double bed, each have marble bathrooms. The fifth bedroom is a small child's room that you enter through one of the master bedrooms. All of the bedrooms are air-conditioned. There is another half bath off the living room. The area around the pool for sunning is very large and joins a covered area the length of the house. There is also a wet bar outside undercover. There is a wonderful view of the ocean from the pool deck and a large lounge area above the living room that also has an ocean view. It is probably the best rental villa in the Orient area and certainly the closest to the beach.
