Belmont House is nestled on a private wooded estate at the north westerly end of picturesque Tortola. The quiet and unspoiled north shore has pearl colored sandy beaches, aquamarine water, lazy sunny days and romantic star studded moon lit nights.
We have a tranquil, quiet place for you to unwind and relax your body and mind. Belmont House has a beautiful tropical decor trimmed with "gingerbread" woodwork, complete with tile floors, rattan furniture and circular dining room.
Each room has a panoramic view of the sparkling Caribbean Sea which is dotted with sailboats and the neighboring island of Jost Van Dyke and Sandy Cay (pronounced key). A 3 minute drive will put you just below the house on Smugglers Cove beach, one of the best swimming and snorkeling sites in the BVI. Just a 5 minute drive will bring you to Long Bay Beach and Apple Bay, sites of other good beaches and restaurants both local and gourmet.
This charming house affords you maximum privacy with its unique layout. The first floor has a bedroom, bath which gives you the feeling of showering among the flowers, living room, hexagon shaped dining room, complete kitchen and wrap around deck.
The second floor has sleeping quarters, kitchenette, dining area and a round sitting room with an unforgettable 180 degree vista from the turret, that allows you to see all the way to Cane Garden Bay, another good beach with many water recreational activities and restaurants.

3-4 guests, $1,250.00 a week
Winter Rates Dec. 15 - April 15
1-2 guests, $2,100.00 a week
3-4 guests, $2,800.00 a week
Rates subject to change. +10% service & 7% Goverment Tax.
If a cancellation is necessary and notice is received more than 45 days prior to your reservation, a $100.00 administrative fee will be charged. If notice is received less than 45 days prior to your
reservation, the rental fee is not refundable, although we will make
every effort to rent the time and a refund will be made. We also know that in this post 911 era circumstances may arise out of your control and consideration will be given to those circumstances. We also suggest that travel insurance be purchased.
Deposits and Payments can be made by
personal check, MC or VISA.
