This three bedroom air-conditioned apartment is brand new and is just steps off the seafront in Tigne'! Optional underground garage is available for an extra fee, so parking is no problem!
Kitchen is brand new and extraordinary, with fridge, cooktop, wall oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, and all utensils and tableware needed! Also, all linens and beach towels included as well! A washer and dryer is also provided, in the main bathroom.
We have access to private beach club(ask about discounted weekly memberships!) five minutes walk from the flat, and there are two groceries and our cousin Joe's bar just round the corner. We also provide information for renting cars,public transportation, chartering boats or cruises, tour guides, restaurants, and many other activities.
Air conditioning is provided in every room, and the apartment is stocked with books, DVD's, and magazines for your time spent relaxing! Coming soon will be internet access and local telephone, available for a small fee. Do not wait to book, as the calendar fills up quickly!!!
As the owners of the property, my wife and I are residents of the United States. I am American and she is Maltese, and we bought this apartment as our retirement home 2 years ago. We decided immediately that we could not keep this beautiful flat to ourselves, so renting it before moving to Malta has allowed many of our clients to enjoy the island we love so much. Please do not hesitate to ask questions or make comments, as we are fairly new to the rental business and are always looking for ways to improve. first 3 referrals, $50 USD for the next three and $75 up to 10 where there is a
$100 bonus. We also offer a 10% discount for stays over 15 days and last minute

Services We Provide
Car service, payable to the driver, will be provided for each client who stays at the Malta Dream Flat. Driver will be waiting as you clear customs with a placard with your name on it and take you right to the Malta Dream Flat.
Resident manager will meet you at the apartment to give you the keys and show you around the flat.
Maid service before you arrive and after you leave, as part of your daily fee. We can provide maid service during your stay for an extra fee should you desire.
An information booklet which has information on how everything in the house works, places to see, restaurants and bars, transportation, tours and cruises, maps and suggestions. As always, we strongly urge all who visit the Malta Dream Flat to go see our cousin Joe at Changes Bar, just up the hill and to the left. He pours a mean Cisk and you can always watch football on the big screen, when available!
Cable TV and DVD library is provided free of charge. Coming soon in 2008……local phone service and internet as well!
