Aventura is a newly remodeled beach front condo that has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths--the master bedroom has a queen bed and bath, the second bedroom has two twin beds. The third bedroom has a queen bed, private entrance and private bath. The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee maker, blender, microwave, and toaster. The living room has a fireplace (bring own wood or fire logs). Amenities include central A/C, Satellite TV, builtin charcoal barbecue, a beach front patio with furniture, and two car garage. Owner requests No Smoking Inside and No Pets. Sheets and one set of bath towels are provided. 2-night Minimum during the week; 3-night minimum during weekends in March, April, May, June and October and all Holidays.

Dec 14, 2006: Awesome time! Awesome property. Had everything we could have asked for. We will definitely rent it again.
Mar 23, 2007: I have been staying in these Mirador condos for over 10 years and this unit is by far the nicest I have rented. The tile work in the kitchen and bathrooms is wonderful. I would recommend that a larger television be installed. Oceano: Per your feedback, the owners have agreed to install a larger television. Scheduled installation date is September 22, 2007.
