Big Bear averages over 300 sunny days per year! Snow skiing and boarding, water skiing, hiking, mountain biking, fishing, boating, parasailing, jetskiing, camping and tubing are some of the great activities you can enjoy in your Big Bear mountain experience.
The Big Bear boulevard offers lots of shopping and dining experiences. Whether you like to search for antiques, or want to bring your family to the Moonridge Zoo, there are plenty of activities to keep everyone happy.

Cleaning Deposit–
1.) This is fully refundable if nothing's broken, ruined, destroyed, or unnecessarily dirty.
2.) Refunds are made by bank check that are sent 24 hours after check out.
Reservation/Date Holding Deposit–
1.) Twenty percent non-refundable deposit to hold any reservation date(s) with a copy of government-issued photo IDs for the person who's paying the bill.
2.) Balance or payment to be received 14 days prior to arrival.
Payment Method–
1.) Payments made by cashiers check or cash save 2%.
2.) Payments made by wire transfer save 2% but add $10 per transfer.
Cancellation Policies–
1.)There will be no refund for cancellations within 7 days of reservation date.
2.) There is no refund for cancellations 8 or more days prior to reservation date if not re-rented.
3.) Any and all refunds will be made by bank check.
4.) Credit card cancellation or disputes will incur a fee of $70.
5.)Pets will be considered. There is a $250 deposit. Please refrain from putting pet related matter (cat litter, etc.) in the toilet. You will be charged plumbing fees for clearing the clog.
