Altagracia, a 4-bedroom, 4-bath villa with pool, is located on Contant Point, just minutes from Cruz Bay. Nearly every room presents magnificent vistas of the sparkling turquoise waters across Pillsbury Sound with St. Thomas in the distance.
The villa boasts a spacious great room & adjacent entertainment room with rattan/bamboo furnishings, handmade hardwood cabinetry & Mexican tile floors. The fully equipped kitchen is set off from the great room by a wood-topped island with barstools. Sliding glass doors open to the wide verandahs & sunny pool deck with fantastic view.
Altagracia can accommodate 3 couples or up to 10 extended family members (additional person charges apply). The oversized master suite has a king bed & unique bath with bidet & room-sized double shower. Sliding glass doors open up to the deck with beautiful views. Another King bedroom is on the main level adjacent to the master bedroom, and also opens up to the oceanview deck. Two more bedrooms are located off the lower level deck, each with 2 full-size double beds (although one of the bedrooms cannot have the beds pushed together due to the room layout). All 4 bedrooms are air conditioned.
Altagracia is a convenient 5-minute drive to the sandy beach at Great Cruz Bay & the Westin Resort, and a 15-20 minute drive to the fabulous North Shore beaches.
For friends travelling together, Altagracia is a 30-second walk to Contentment (CT CON).
