VILLA MARIA, a classic island villa, is set on a bluff above Great Cruz Bay and offers a sweeping 260 degree view of the Caribbean from each of its rooms and decks. This contemporary architect-built home has three spacious air conditioned bedrooms, each with a large private bath and a private deck for taking in the sunset views. On the split levels below, are two large bedrooms each with private bath, one with a king bed the other with twins. If needed the twin bedroom can be made up as a king. The separate grand master suite, also facing the bay, is located above the pool and features a king size bed, a sitting area with couch, arm chair and writing desk, and a spectacular modern bath. All of the bedrooms are air-conditioned and have ceiling fans.
Comfortable furnishings and unique works of art are found throughout the villa. In addition, an eight-speaker sound system brings your favorite music to all the outdoor decks, the pool deck and the living and dining areas. The unique 26-foot swimming pool, with three levels for sitting, standing or swimming, is surrounded by a large deck with lounge chairs for everyone.
