Garland is a lovely stucco house w/bright blue shutters, and features terrific views across Montpelier's fields to the ocean. The living room decor is pleasing and attractive with huge shutters expanding to make the villa open-air. From the villa, it's an easy walk to historic 18th-century Montpelier Plantation.
Garland House features pretty gardens in a tranquil rural setting, with an L-shaped pool & private tennis courts.Three master suites (queen-bedded) are on the upper level, with a small 4th bedroom on the lower level (also queen-bedded) with its own shower. An additional study near the master bedroom has 2 rollaway beds to accommodate extra persons.
The villa is 10 minutes by car to Windwardside Beach, or 20 minutes to Pinney's Beach. Charlestown 15 minutes.
For stays of 7 nights or longer the villa includes dinner with wine the first evening, as well as breakfast provisioning the following morning.
