"Allamanda" is an attractive 3-bedroom villa with a pool, within easy walking distance of Oualie Bay, one of Nevis' safest and most scenic beaches. Tucked into the hillside across the road from the bay, this villa offers the perfect location for a family beach holiday.
Built on two levels, the accommodations offer the following: the main entrance leads to the living room, a well-proportioned space 25 ft square and includes a well-equipped kitchen with open-plan breakfast bar, dining-area with seating for 8 persons, and comfortable sofas and settees. Hardwood louvred French doors open out onto the covered verandah with further seating for relaxing and dining al fresco. There are wonderful views of the bay, the neighboring island of St. Kitts and the sunset.
Two bedrooms, each with ensuite bath, are located at either end of the living-room, and have views to the ocean. An open staircase from the verandah (12'x26') leads down to the lower level, where there is a 3rd bedroom and a fully equipped laundry room. The hardwood louvred doors from the bedroom open out onto the pool deck with its gingerbread child fence and gate.
For stays of 7 nights or longer the villa includes dinner with wine the first evening, as well as breakfast provisioning the following morning.
