The two-bedroom villa, with four-poster, Queen-size beds, and two spacious bathrooms, is entirely state-of-the-art equipment. A bright and breezy loft with dormer windows on each side, two twin beds, and a desk equipped with printer/scanner/fax machine and high-speed internet connection, overlooks the living room, which opens at one end onto the pool terrace and at other end onto porch overlooking Marigot Bay and the sea. Comfortably furnished with contemporary Caribbean Colonial accents, the living room has a flat screen television (U.S. satellite service), CD & DVD players, and Bose speaker systems, inside and out.

There is original St. Barths photography from "Case et Cuisine: Traditional Living & fine Dining in St. Barthelemy" and Gallery exhibitions of owner's St. Barths photos in the U.S. and on the island. Dining area, adjacent to front terrace, has a round table which can seat eight people. Nearby kitchen, fully equipped with contemporary stainless steel appliances, Calphalon cookware, and Provence-patterned dishware, also overlooks over the Bay. Grounds are extensively landscaped and architecturally illuminated. Marigot Bay, a tranquil cove with a small beach, affords great safety and comfort for small children.
