Delfina is Peter Bay's latest & most fabulously-equipped luxury villa! Sequestered behind an electronic gate, Delfina has 5 suites, gourmet kitchen, an entire level devoted to family entertainment, & central air-conditioning. The swimming pool overlooks Peter Bay, the British Virgin Islands & the blue Caribbean. Delfina is an easy 1-minute drive to idyllic Peter Bay beach.
The main level features large screened glass sliders leading into the sitting & dining areas, with adjacent patio. On the opposite side of the pool is a shaded wet bar with icemaker & mini-fridge. Nearby is the hot tub & small palm-fringed lawn with hammock.
Delfina's gourmet kitchen adjoins the dining area (seating up to 14). Screened French doors lead to the barbecue area featuring a stainless gas grill with rotisserie. An alcove off the kitchen has a convenient desk with DSL line for your laptop, as well as fax/printer/copier and a nearby laundry room.
Two separate bedroom suites are located a few steps up from the main level - the Trunk Bay Suite & the Leinster Bay Suite each have King bed, private oceanview covered balcony, TV, DVD player, DSL connection, bathrobes, alfresco showers, mini-fridge & coffeemaker. Separating these 2 suites is a screened lanai - a quiet sitting area (with TV/DVD player) looking out over the garden.
Above, via another short staircase, is the palatial master suite with secluded balcony, sitting area & mahogany 4-poster King bed. The master bath features an onyx countertop, 2 mother-of-pearl sinks & walk-in closet. The tiled alfresco shower, accommodating 2 persons, overlooks a beautiful grove.
Between the villa's main level & the entertainment level are 2 more bedroom suites connected by a common open-air sitting area - the Bordeaux Suite with Queen 4-poster bed & the Coral Bay Suite with King 4-poster bed. Each has its own covered balcony, TV/DVD player, DSL connection, bathrobes, mini-fridge & coffeemaker.
On Delfina's lowest level is a spacious room with pool table, large circular wet bar, icemaker, mini-fridge, TV, & full bath with shower. Screened pocket doors open to a wraparound balcony. Adjoining this is the media room, with 50" flatscreen TV, DVD player, books, board games for all ages, & extensive movie & music collections. Next to the media room is another entertainment alcove offering an Xbox, electronic dartboard, pinball machine, TV/DVD player, treadmill & double-twin trundle bed - perfect for the older kids who can't bear to leave this electronic heaven!

Please note that as of February 2007 there is nearby ongoing construction that may affect the property. Projects in the Caribbean are difficult to monitor as work often subsides for months at a time, only to start up unexpectedly. Due to the sporadic nature of neighboring construction, we cannot offer any discounts at this time. We thank you for your understanding.
