Contentment is a charming & colorful 5-1/2-bedroom villa on St John's desirable Contant Point, overlooking Pillsbury Sound & St Thomas. The sunset views from here are spectacular! The villa's location near Great Cruz Bay & Cruz Bay town combines convenience with seclusion, making it ideal for families or couples alike.
Contentment is very well appointed and perfect for entertaining. The villa's air-conditioned great room is extremely colorful & artistic, yet balances comfort & design to full advantage. 180 Sirius Satellite music stations play through the large flat-screen TV in the great room (there are also portable stereos available that accept CDs and IPods that can be moved anywhere you'd like to use them). Screened glass sliders open from the great room onto a balcony overlooking the Caribbean & infinity-edge pool. This pool area, with wet bar & fridge, is ideal for lounging in the sun or shade.
Located off the dining area is a spacious & colorful gourmet kitchen (air-conditioned) with state-of-the-art appliances & ample counter space for serious cooking or casual dining.
All 6 bedrooms are colorfully decorated & unique - 5 of these (3 in the main house & 2 in the cabana house near the pool) have king beds & are perfect for couples. The 6th bedroom (located beneath the main house) has bunk beds & is ideal for older children.
Contentment is situated a few minutes' drive from excellent swimming & snorkeling at Great Cruz Bay (Westin Resort), and is a short drive to town as well as to the fabulous white sand beaches of St John's north shore.
For friends travelling together, Contentment is a 30-second walk to Altagracia (CT ALT).
PLEASE NOTE: Contentment accommodates a maximum of 8 adults, and never more than 10 persons, regardless of age. The villa requires 24-hour turnaround between rental dates. The Homeowners Association's rules require that no music be played outside the villa before 9am & after 9pm.
