VIA is an old Swedish home from 1870, recently rebuilt with respect of the same architectural style and design. It has been occupied by the island's only Doctor «Louis VIALENC» for the full period of years 1940 to 1960. The house overlooks the Gustavia Harbor and is the perfect town house, very convenient with nice views and sunsets every afternoon. A large terrace wraps around three sides, and is a great location to watch the yachts sailing in and out of the harbor. There is a sunny garden on the south side and the villa is walking distance to all the deluxe shops and restaurants in town.
