"SIB CAZ2" is a charming Mediterranean style villa located on the hillside in Lurin with a dramatic view over Gustavia, St Martin , and Saba. As soon as you enter this villa you are surround by a tropical garden with the ocean view and you feel the spirit of this re-decorated, comfortable and peaceful villa.

Nearby, a new covered gazebo with comfortable sofas invites you to relax and to enjoy this private spot while admiring the splendid view. In a separate cottage, the third bedroom opens a private terrace facing the pool and view. It has twin beds that can be pushed together to make a king, and an ensuite bathroom.
