Set into beautifully landscaped gardens, Shoal Mate Villa is just 5 minutes from the powder white sands of Shoal Bay East, voted one of the ten best beaches in the Caribbean. Enter through oversize antique wooden doors into a private courtyard made of Anguilla stonework and proceed into the spacious living and dining areas with a magnificent Caribbean Sea view stretching out before you. The large main terrace features a sparkling freshwater swimming pool and Jacuzzi as its centerpiece, with comfortable loungers beckoning sun worshippers to come relax. Shoal Mate Villa's gourmet kitchen is equipped for preparing simple al fresco meals to an elaborate multi-course dining event. Marble kitchen counters, dishwasher, large fridge, a separate icemaker, wine cooler stocked with a selection of wines picked for your enjoyment, outdoor gas grill and abundant kitchen appliances are all chosen with guest's convenience in mind. For maximum privacy all equally appointed air-conditioned bedrooms are separated by the living areas. Each spacious bedroom features a private bathroom, an outdoor shower, a private balcony overlooking the ocean., mahogany four-poster beds made up with soft white linens, cable TV, armoires and rattan furnishings with soft tropical colored cushions. For our guests who cannot leave their work behind, there is also an office with computer and fax machine. A separate annex features a large one-bedroom apartment with queen size bed, full kitchen and bathroom with shower on the second floor. On the ground floor, the air conditioned gym offers free weights, a treadmill, an elliptical rowing machine, exercise bench and aerobic area television, music, shower and changing facilities.
*A credit card authorization is required for all properties as security against property loss or damage and unpaid telephone or other charges. Any excessive cleaning, loss or damage to the property, or debts or charges incurred will be itemized and charged to the Guest. Large parties, weddings, or other receptions must be approved in writing by the Management Company.
