This spacious Kentucky vacation rental has large bedrooms and additional sleeping in the downstairs recreation room, and it also has a full sized kitchen in the lower level; two living areas and a large recreation room. And what Kentucky vacation rental would be complete without a hot tub which is in the large master bedroom overlooking the outdoor fire pit. This Kentucky vacation rental is located close to the pool, tennis courts, volleyball, and covered picnic area. This deluxe Kentucky vacation lodging is located minutes from beautiful Lake Cumberland and a full service marina, with easy access, for all of your boating needs.

Rental/Lodging Policies:
Two night minimum booking
Three night minimum based on weekend rates for Holidays
Weekly rates are for 6 night/7 day stay
Prices are for the base amount of people and do not include 7% KY State Tax, which is 6% Sales Tax and 1% Transient Room Tax, or the one time cleaning fee.
NO REFUNDS are considered unless at least a 90 day written notice of cancellation is given prior to check-in by the person who booked the unit.
If at least a 90 day written notice is given, refund of deposit or credit toward an off season stay may be given if unit is re-rented minus a $150 non-refundable cancellation fee depending on the circumstances of cancellation.
No Refunds if less than 90 days written notice.
$10 per night for each person above the base rate. Children under 10 stay free, but are included in the base occupancy unless approved by management.
Reservations are made by telephone and confirmed by mail. Deposit is expected within 10 days after reservation is made by check or money order. Deposits are equal to 50% of actual room rate for the stay. Deposits are applied to your actual stay.
No security deposit is charged, however, all damages will be charged. A valid charge card number is required to book a unit. A valid charge card or a cash deposit are required prior to check-in as a security. Any and all damages or missing items discovered following check-out will be billed to your charge card and you will be notified by phone or mail.
Prices listed are for base occupancy and for cash /check / Traveler's check / cashiers check payments only. Charge cards accepted (MC and Visa) with a 5% surcharge added. Check required within 7 days of reservation to secure unit. No Charge Cards accepted for unit deposits.
Sorry, no refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
Pets are welcome in some units but ONLY with responsible pet owners accompanying them!
The resort MUST be notified if a pet is to be in the rental unit with guests. Pets are limited to certain rental units.
There is a $10 per day pet fee added to the stay
Pet Owner is TOTALLY responsible for cleaning up after their pets including food, pet hair, pet waste, etc.
Pets must be kept contained or leashed at all times. They are never to be left in the rental unit unattended without being crated, otherwise owners must take their pet with them at all times.

The Fall Creek public access area provides boat launch and picnic facilities about 2 minutes from the resort. Unit is within 3 minutes to Conley Bottom Marina, a large, full service marina on Lake Cumberland.
