This cedar home is located in Eldred, Catskills New York on beautiful and private Washington Lake. The architectual design of the home is modern yet perfectly suited for the wooded country landscape. The lake house features a dual-level wraparound deck area with gas barbeque grill, lounge chairs and table for dining outdoors. There is a screened in porch area as well as an outdoor hot tub with views to the lake. Closer to the lake is another deck area for dining or just enjoying the magnificent water view. A firepit and picnic table near the dock enables you to enjoy a camp fire under a starlit sky. Three levels of the house feature their own bedroom and bath, each with a unique amenity. The rooms are furnished with solid wood furniture and the bathrooms are modern and spacious. The house also boasts heated flooring and ceiling fans throughout.
