Property Information
Comfortable home with 3 bedrooms. Yellow bedroom has a full bed, Blue bedroom has a twin bed and the green bedroom has two twin beds. Day bed in den area totals to sleep six. The living area is the open concept and is spacious. Hardwood floors are in the living room, dining area, kitchen, one bedroom and hallway. Carpeting in two bedrooms. The house sits on a private driveway and parking is plentiful. The deck is huge and has table, chairs, umbrella, lounges and beach chairs.
Two Plum Island restaurants are within walking distance as is the beach that we call the center. We also provide beach front parking at no additional charge if you would prefer to drive.
You will find our rental houses to be very clean. I am the owner and live near by and I am available if there is anything that is needed during your vacation time.
The City of Newburyport is a ten minute drive from Plum Island. Their web site is below.

Additional Rate Information
Summer 06-27-2009 to 09-12-2009 - $1,250.00
is the weekly rate. For the month of June 2009 the weekly rate is $975.00 From September 12th until the end of September the weekly rate is $975.
November 1, 2009 monthly rent is $1,350.00 includes Utilities.
Check-In: 2 p.m.
Check-Out: 10 a.m.
Cancellation Policy: Outlined on Summer Rental Agreement
Security Deposit: $250.00 (check returned within two weeks)
