Come enjoy the luxury at our custom-designed resort condominium. Don't be mislead ~ this 1,500 sq. ft. unit is the size of a 3 bedroom unit, but has been converted to a 2 bedroom, to afford you more space where you will use it the most!
Enjoy cooking in our well equipped, spacious kitchen with all the amenities of home, including a desk area with open breakfast bar.
Entertaining is easy with a large open floor plan. The lovely dining room table seats eight. There's also a wet bar, to mix that perfect drink, and a fireplace for that romantic evening. You can also watch a favorite movie or sporting event on the 47" big screen with surround sound, which includes digital cable service and a dual DVD/VHS player & stereo.
All linens and towels are provided in our beautifully decorated master suite and second bedroom. The master suite amenities include a king size bed, private deck, TV with remote, large walk-in closet and large walk-in ceramic tiled shower. The second bedroom is charming with two full size beds and adjoining bath with tub/shower combination.
Just around the corner (within walking distance), you will find the hottest night spots on the lake; three restaurants and seven bars that offer nightly live entertainment (April through October), and monthly concerts featuring nationally known artists, and comedy shows periodically throughout the year.
Bring your boat for great fishing, skiing, or just cruising the lake. It will feel right at home in the 14-foot by 36-foot covered dock (available at an additional charge). With 90 miles of navigable water and beautiful scenery, fabulous golf courses, 110 store outlet mall, many fine restaurants (accessible by water or land), and wonderful vacation activities for the whole family, make this a perfect vacation destination.

Cancellations and Refunds:
The required deposit will be refunded in full if we are notified of cancellation sixty (60) days prior to renters scheduled arrival date and the rental period can be filled. There will be no refund given after a tenant takes occupancy.
Deposits:
Refundable $250.00 security deposit is required to hold reservations.
Other Fees:
$10.00 per day boat slip rental fee. Cleaning fee will be waived if the rental is for a week or more
