Docking is available at Red Ranch with prior arrangements at no extra charge (when making your reservation, please let us know if you will be bringing a boat so a space can be reserved for you). Other amenities include:washer/dryer 2 TVs/DVD & internet service. Owner will consider a small dog for an additional $225.00, $100.00 is a sec dep which will be refunded after your stay provided no damage is done. If you do want to bring your pet it must be approved with owner 1st. NO SMOKING/PHONE/TENTS OR DISHWASHER.
