Off-Season Weekly rental rate (Sept. 13-June 13)... $2,000.
Off-Season Nightly rental rate (Sept. 13-June 13)...$325/night (2 night minimum stay). *Other fees are 6% MI sales tax, $120 cleaning fee, & $500 refundable damage deposit will be added to all rentals.
