Welcome to our vacation home rental on Lake Granby. If you are looking for a comfortable, quiet place to relax and enjoy the splendor of Rocky Mountains - you've found it!
This is a brand-new, 3 bedroom, 3.5 baths, beautiful townhome, situated on Lake Granby. Huge windows, hardwood floors, tiled bathrooms, gas fireplaces, and cozy furniture comfort and relax you. All bedrooms have their own full bathroom! The master suite has a natural stone fireplace and a huge window overlooking pine trees and Lake Granby.
The location of this mountain home could not be better - in addition to being right on the second largest body of water in Colorado, you are only six miles away from the historical town of Grand Lake and the entrance to the Rocky Mountain National Park. Sol Vista Ski Resort is 15 minutes away and Winter Park/Mary Jane is a 30 minute drive. Hot Sulphur Springs, one of Colorado's best kept secrets, is a short 20 minute drive.

Your house provided a wonderful respite from our hectic lives and continuing journey through the Western States. Thanks for such a comforting, lovely home. I think we saw as much as we could have seen with 4 children - Adams Falls, Coyte Trail, Colorado River Trail, Emerald Lake, Bridal Veil Falls and the relaxing Hot Sulphur Springs pools. It was great having this place to come home to.

What a condo - how beautiful! We meet once a year in a different place. This is our 7th year & comes close to the top of the list of favorites. Beautiful scenery, great friends, & 7 days of fun - it just doesn't get any better.
Thank you so much for sharing your great home with us. We had such a wonderful time here. There are so many things to do around here and so little time. Although we did get to go snowmobiling, tubing, skiin at Sol Vista and Winter Park and went on a horse drawn sleigh ride on Christmas day. This was my children's first time seeing snow and they loved it! We will definitely be back.

In one day we rented a pantoon boat, hiked 3 miles, and soaked in the Hot Sulphur Springs. Great, central location.
Thank you for your hospitality and calls to affirm our stay here and the condition of the condo exceeded our expectations. The condo is comfortable and convenient. The 3 living/sleeping areas accommodated three genereations perfectly. We did so much in the Grand County area and the days passed all too quickly. The view from the dock is awesome. The sunsets over the mountains and lake a palette of mauve and pink streaks of beauty. Can you tell we found good fellowship and peace here?

We had an awesome time - snowmobiling, Hot Sulphur Springs, bowling and pizza - it was the best Great location in between the fun not to mention being right on the lake - we will have to come back and experience summer!

We were delighted to have such a comfortable and well equipped "base camp" for our adventures this week. The hiking in RMNP is fantastic and so many other great things to do close by.

Had a great timer here, first time to Colorado. The mountains are beautiful! We went to Adams Falls, RMNP. Best trip was up the Corona Pass to the top! Enjoyed Grand Lake and Winter Park - Alpine slides are a blast.
