Huge Master bath and walk-in closet! - First floor has inviting open plan with family room, dining room and kitchen. - Family room, has enormous 2-story windows that overlook "Ocean Point" golf course, lagoon and amazing wildlife! - No matter where you are on the first floor, you can be a part of the conversation while hearing the ocean breeze and smelling the Island's scent! - Lots of places to retreat for quiet moments and the kids can enjoy our new recreational room! - Create amazing meals while seeing, smelling and hearing the ocean through the large windows in the kitchen. Our kitchen is well-equipped with double ovens and lots of counter space! - New Weber gas grill on back deck off of kitchen. - Upstairs has four comfy bedrooms, each with a unique beach decor! - Two bedrooms face the ocean each with Queen beds and jack and jill baths. One of the Queen bedrooms has an additional twin bed. Both rooms open to the upper front deck overlooking the Ocean! - The other two bedrooms view the golf course and have two twins in each room along w/ jack and jill baths and private balconies to admire the ocean as well! "Footprints in the Sand" is a pristine house that is exceptionally decorated with a cozy beach flair and included in Fripp Island Resort’s "Tour of Homes". Handicap-friendly. House resonates with an intercom/music system equipped with six-CD player and AM/FM Stereo that plays music throughout the house and on outside deck. Our house has internet access and the home owner is a club memberj so you have access to purchase amenity cards! Yard is perfect for croquet, badminton or volley ball and the kids love to roller blade and ride bikes in the circular driveway too! Come and enjoy this unbelievable vacation home!!! During off season, the house can be rented as a 2,3,4 or 5 bedroom! Why rent a condo, when you can have all the benefits of a house at a condo price! Plus, we have a golf cart available for $200/week!!
