Amazing year round retreat! The best of both worlds awaits you at this beautiful home. A short stroll to a breathtaking stretch of Lake Michigan’s finest beaches or step out the back door and dip in your own private pool.
The home has been lovingly restored and boasts a state of the art kitchen with all the bells and whistles, a wet bar and ice machine for entertaining, a sun porch perfect for morning coffee or curling up with a good book and a family room with a large plasma TV and Bose surround sound. Just pop the popcorn and you’ll feel like you are at the movies. If you prefer sunshine on your face, the deck will be your spot. There is a place for everyone!
It doesn’t stop there…after a day of tennis or cross country skiing or walking the dune trails you can indulge your aching bones in the steam shower. What a great way to unwind!
In the summer you will be lulled by the breeze and in the winter you can cuddle by the fire. There is a fireplace in the living room as well as the kitchen. This house really has it all for an awesome escape.
Enjoy the beach access, tennis courts, basketball courts, soccer fields, playgrounds and wonderful dune trails all in walking distance of the house. And just a short drive to the marina, great food and outlet shopping.
