The house is located in the hamlet of the Springs in East Hampton. It is a sunny 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom contemporary designed house with a large heated pool with child safety fence. New teak deck furniture on a large wood deck. The house has an open kitchen, the upstairs loft overlooks the vaulted living room. Every house should have an outdoor shower, and be on a private acre on cul-de-sac, with wireless internet. This is a great house for for 1 or 2 families. Toddler bed and childproofing makes this good for families with young children. The ground floor bedrooms are good for people who don't like stairs.
East Hampton has several great beaches including: Atlantic Ave Beach and Main Beach. Small kids will love Fresh Pond, a nearby bay beach. For those who prefer, there is a gay friendly beach in town. Close to good back roads for cycling. Nearby skate park. Down the block from Jackson Pollack's studio, now museum.
