Your luxury holiday home is located in the Desert Paradise community of Arabian Ranches, Dubai. The villa is of top standards and boasts both a private 9.5mx3.5m swimming pool and separate children`s pool for your enjoyment. There is no need to worry about having a swimming pool around children, we have designed the garden surrounding the villa to be child friendly, providing a separate area where your children can play without access to the swimming pool.
As parents ourselves we know the pitfalls when traveling with children. We are here to banish those stressful moments and allow the whole family to truly enjoy their break in Dubai. We believe that we have catered for your every need! Not only do we have a range of baby equipment, which you can pre-book for use at the villa, we will even supply suitable entertainment for your little cherubs. From baby toys to video gaming we will supply them all! Just let us know the ages of your children at the time of booking and leave the rest to us!
For your comfort all 6 bedrooms have en-suite facilities and private terraces. 3 bedrooms have King-size beds, 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds each, which can be joined to make double beds, and an additional single bedroom with en-suite shower room can allow you to accomodate one extra person in the villa with comfort and privacy. We can also accomodate a further 2 people if required by using a sofa bed within the family room. Please contat us for more details.
The villa has a fully equipped kitchen which will allow you to use your culinary skills to their full potential as if you were in your own home. Both the Family room and Living Room have Satellite Television, with the Family room also housing an X-Box pre-loaded with over 30 games for those big and little kids! The addtional stereo system, DVD player and DSL connection located with the Living room will ensure this really will be a home away from home!
For your convience there is a retail centre in the community only 5 minutes walk from the villa where you will find a supermarket, cafes, restaurants, pharmacy, hair salon and more. This retail centre housing these facilities is due to open shortly. Within the community of Arabian Ranches and also only 5 minutes walk from the villa you will find The Desert Course, Golf course. This course which was designed by Ian Baker-Finch provides a testing challange for all golfers of all standards. In addition to this 18 hole course you will find a floodlit driving range and Golf Academy where you can take lessons from a PGA Qualified Golf Professional. The stunning clubhouse houses the Spike Bar and restaurant as well as a Pro Shop. During your stay at Arabian Ranches you will be able to play the Desert Course on a Pay and Play basis. Bookings are required.
For those horse enthusiasts amongst you you will find the new Equestrain Centre within Arabain Ranches . The club house being the new home of Dubai Polo Club will allow you to enjoy watching a Polo Match or even test your Polo skills on the practice field or pehaps a riding lesson. There is something for everyone from show jumping to desert trails. These facilities are schedule to open in May 2005.
Arabian Ranches truly is a desert paradise. In keeping with its name, this cosmopolitan desert community is located in the heart of the desert, only a few minutes off Dubai, at the juncture of three key ring roads leading to Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and Dubai making it the ideal location from which to eplore the United Arab Emirates.
SERVICES A maid cleaning service will be provided daily with all linen and towels changed weekly. If however, you want to spoil yourself we can arrange for a live in maid who will do everthing from your cleaning to ironing for a small extra charge.
Babysitting can also be arranged, if required, through a local babysitting firm for a small fee.
WALK THROUGH As you open the door of the villa, a spacious hallway will greet you with an open gallery to the first floor. Situated near the entrance is the first en-suite bedroom with a terrace opening out into the garden. The quality king-size bedroom suite and modern attached bathroom will provide you with the comfort you require to truly relax and enjoy your vacation.
Continuing down the hall you will approach the spacious dining and living area, separated by a tasteful fireplace. This room again has an open gallery to the above floor. The doors from the Dining Room open onto the garden terrace, whereas the living room terrace overlooks the inviting swimming pool. Both sections of the room are tastefully furnished providing enough seating for both dining and relaxing for your entire party.
To the right of the Dining area you will find the modern, fully equipped kitchen and TV lounge. The TV Lounge boasts a DVD player and TV Satellite receiver providing TV programmes in English and Arabic. The terrace from here also leads to the swimming pool and barbecue areas. The furniture in this area has an emphasis on comfort and relaxation and we have done are best to provide this for our guests.
To the rear of the kitchen is the single bedroom with en-suite shower room giving total privacy and comfort for one extra guest. Further down the hall you will find the washing machine and clother airer. No more taking clothes for the entire length of you holiday. Just pack light, and keep room for the bargains you will want to take back with you in your suitcase!
Moving back out the kitchen and towards the front entrance you will find the staircase leading you to the comfortable bedrooms above. The further 4 double, en-suite bedrooms all adjoin the large hallway that greets you at the top.
Bedroom 1, the Master Bedroom, is very generous in size with it’s own private terrace overlooking the swimming pool. Inside the room you will find the room traditionally furnished with a super king-size 4 poster wooder bed, and en-suite bathroom containing a bath and double shower cubicle. Two sinks are also provided to ensure comfort for all.
Bedroom 2 is again a double bedroom with en-suite facilities, however the shower in this room is over the bath. This room hosts a modern king-size bed and fitted wardrobes. And terrace overlooking the garden.
A shared en-suite bathroom adjoins bedroom 3 and 4, and both have 2 singles beds in each room. However, these beds can be converted into double beds to suit your party’s requirements. Each room has an entrance to a double wash hand basin area then from here there is access to the bath, shower and WC facilities. All doors have locks so there is no need to worry about privacy. Each room again is tastefully furnished with Bedroom 3 enjoying an open terrace overlooking the swimming pool, and the terrace from Bedroom 4 proving views of the garden.
Outside within the landscaped gardens, we have installed a swimming pool and children`s pool for your enjoyment and have also supplied sun loungers and garden furniture to ensure you are as comfortable outside as you are inside the villa. We have designed the gardens to provide a separate enclosed area where children can play safely without access to the swimming pool or in turn where adults can come to relax and read a book away from the activity around the pool.

Within the next few months we are adding to our website an IPIX 360 digital view of the house which will allow you to see the villa as if you were actually there.
