Everything is here but you! We are surrounded by flowers, plenty of parking, a large goldfish pond, large BBQ area and a fenced doggie yard. Come inside and enjoy 3 cable TV's 1 TV/VCR/DVD, 1 tv/VCR, stereo, 2 fireplaces, full kitchen, dishes, pans, s'more maker, towels, coffee maker, blender, snowcone maker, waffle maker, toaster, microwave, bedding, etc. We are near Heceta Beach, Siuslaw River, 32 lakes, casino, Performing Arts Center, major hiking, The Sand Park, horse rides, golf, the casino, and the town of Florence. This is a vacationers paradise.
In the evening play poker on our poker
table, puzzle, or just slide into our 400 count Egyptian sheets and feel the comfort of our memory foam mattress topped with satin bedspreads.
In the morning jump into our 4' pool, slide down our 21'water slide (holds up to 400#s), or just relax in the hot tub.
Kids can jump on our Jump and Slide (holds up to 200#s) or ride the bumper boats (100# max)and dolphins. We have tried to think of everything...
Please note this is not a ocean or river view property. Pool and water toys are seasonal.

Reservations may be changed 14 days prior to arrival date. This is a one time change. No refunds on reserations. No refunds due to pool, spa, washer/dryer, cable, etc. breakdown. (a seldom occurance)
If cottage is shut down due to unforeseen causes, i.e. guest damage, we will return your money and help search for alternate accommodations. (a seldom accurance)
Please leave cottage tidy. Dishes must be washed. Pets must be cleaned up after. Please be curtious amd brush pets to keep loose hair at a minimum. No smoking inside. All cig. butts must be disposed of properly. Be curtious, do not take
dishes etc.
