getaway. The Main Beach House features 3 bedrooms and
2 baths PLUS a detached in-law quarters with the 4th
bedroom and 3rd full bath. You will enjoy cooking in the
backyard on the gas grill or soaking up the sun next to
your private 13'x 26' pool which can be heated in winter
months. The wraparound deck and screened-in porch add
to the charm of this vacation rental where outdoor living is
natural. You are only 1˝ blocks (a short walk) to the
sugar-white sand of the Gulf of Mexico. Remember –

Rates are quoted for 8 people. Add $100 per additional person.

Deposit: 50% of total rent is due to secure home.
Balance of rent, tax and damage deposit must be paid 30 days prior to check-in day.
Damage Deposit: $500 Damage Deposit is refunded Wednesday after check-out if home is left in order.
Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal are accepted. There is a 3% charge on credit card payments.
