La Josephine, has recently undergone a major face lift and is now a beautiful 5+2 bedroom villa located close to La Samanna hotel with lovely views over Baie Longue and the Caribbean Sea.

Enjoy the glowing sunsets from the terrace with its large infinity pool that extends under a covered terrace, ideal for bathing at noon in the comfortable shade. The terrace provides a pleasant shaded dining area and plenty of outdoor living areas.

The entire interior living space is air-conditioned along with the 5 spacious bedrooms, and can be opened up to the island breezes and the patio.

There are 5 bedrooms in the villa, each with an en-suite bathrooms, and 2 smaller bedrooms in a cottage next to the villa which also have their own bathrooms.

This villa even has it's own pizza oven for the adventurous cook in all of us...or enjoy it's fully equipped kitchen.

Distance to City: 15 min. drive to Marigot and it's gourmet dining and great duty free shopping, or 10 minutes to Maho and casinos, dining and lively night life!
Distance to nearest grocery: 10 min drive... Within easy reach of Baie Longue beach in about 2 minutes by car.
