“Promise Kept” offers a natural shale stone beach stretching over 115 feet with a stone fire ring that is ideal for toasting marshmallows at night, or cooking over an open fire. The dock extends over 120 feet off the beach and is the perfect fishing platform for the shore angler.
The entire main level of this home has hardwood flooring, and features a vaulted great room with floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass doors that offer a panoramic, million dollar view of one of the widest parts of Seneca Lake. The great room is an ideal feature to have for large family gatherings and is located right off the newly renovated, cherry kitchen for added convenience. The great room opens through sliding glass doors to a huge wrap around deck overlooking the lake. We’ve spent many relaxing evenings on the deck taking in the amazing view and enjoying a bottle of fine wine from one of the many local vineyards - and we invite you to do the same…
“Promise Kept” features 4 large bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The upper level master bedroom has a queen sized bed and a private bath with shower and tub. The second bedroom offers two twin beds and has easy access to the hall bath with shower and tub. The lower level features two additional bedrooms (one with two queen sized beds, the other with one queen and one twin), a pull-out futon/sofa, and another full bath with shower. The fourth bathroom is located at the main entry off the great room and offers our guests and large groups an added convenience.
For additional convenience, this home offers a full sized washer and dryer, brand new dishwasher, new oven and built-in microwave, two TV’s – each with a DVD/VCR and satellite service, a charcoal grill, baby swing and toys, numerous deck chairs, a working fireplace, and a one car garage.
