Vacation Rental Policies
| Deposits: $400.00 refundable security deposit. |
| Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made prior to 60 days before arrival date will receive a full refund less a $100.00 processing fee. Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival date will receive a 50% refund if that week is not re-booked. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival date will receive no refund if that week is not re-booked.

1 week minimum stay during high season - (March 1 - April 30). 3 night minimum stay required during rest of year.
$400.00 refundable security deposit, $125.00 non-refundable cleaning fee and 50% of the total rental fee are due at time of booking. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
You may choose to have the pool heated for $125.00 per week. The $125.00 fee is due at the time of reservation with the security deposit, cleaning fee and 50% of the rental fee.

We had a great time visiting Phoenix and staying in this home. This is our second stay here and we enjoyed being close to many nice golf courses. Although we did not use the pool, it looks very nice and it is very private. The beds were very clean and comfortable. The pool table is a very nice feature too. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting the area, it has something for everyone.
Recommended for: Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, and Sightseeing
