This 2-bedroom/2-bath cottage features a deep water dock and is 2 minutes from the intracoastal. Satellite TV, sea grass carpets, Spanish tile floors and a spacious sun deck overlooking Kettle Harbor.
Upper level: Great room with kitchen and living room, all-season porch with additional seating. Master has king bed with full bath attached.
Lower level: guest room with 2 twin beds, full bath.
Ourdoor amenities: outdoor shower, 2 kayaks for your use, short walk to beach. You can even rent a golf cart.
Additional Rate Information
50% deposit required at time of lease signing. Payment options: check or credit card.
Security deposit of $250 required with final payment. Promptly refunded if cottage is left is good condition without any damage.
Add $100 cleaning fee.
