Cancun's Villa 420 is one bedroom condo with a unique design....the bedroom has a dividing wall allowing two queen beds. This effectively turns a one bedroom apartment into a two bedroom for those willing to forego a little privacy. The family that sleeps together saves a lot!!
The unit features a living room with a built in couch that can also be used as a bed for an extra guest or child. This one bedroom unit can easily accommodate a family of 5 (2 adults w/3 children) or small group (3-5 adults).
The unit also has TV's in the living room and bedroom and a stereo system in the living room. Villa 420 features a small but fully equipped kitchen with gas stove. The unit is fully air conditioned.
One of the best features of this unit is that it just a few steps from the main pool and beach. Because of it's view of the main pool, older kids can be supervised from the balcony of the apartment while Mom prepares lunch or dinner and Dad watches TV!
The condominium complex is located right in the center of Cancun's Hotel Zone. Just a few steps from the main entrance/gate is Kukulkan Plaza. Kukulkan plaza features shopping, both high end (Fendi, Louis Viton) and a multitude of clothing and souvenir shops.
Dining in the mall restaurants is also varied with choices ranging from Burger King to the Ruth Chris Steak House. Cancun's first and only Casino is located in Kukukan Plaza's upper level......And while the adults play, so can the kids at the KukulKids supervised play center.
Villa 420 and the Villas Marlin Condominium Complex have just the right combination of amenities (room service, tennis court, central location etc.) to provide the perfect vacation at the perfect price. Vacation on a budget without giving up a thing!
