Spacious Daytona / Port Orange brick home in tranquil, up-scale neighborhood approximately three miles from the beautiful Halifax River over the causeway directly to the magnificent “World’s Most
Famous Beach” with lifeguard service and nearby restaurants. Architectural amenities include vaulted kitchen ceilings open to a brick fireplace in the great room and tile floors throughout. Tropical furnishings with the ambiance of lighted water fountain in the vestibule and colorful artwork lend the Floridian cottage-style charm that makes this the perfect sanctuary for relaxing and
entertaining. Dining for 6 in an elegant Dining Room or casual Dining for 4 inside and out.
A split bedroom plan with an oversized Master suite, full bath, walk-in closet, king bed, sitting area, cable TV and phone. Both bathrooms have massaging shower head, marble countertops, plenty of
storage and a bathtub in the guest bath. All linens are provided. (no beach towels)
Sliding doors open to a covered patio and a veranda with a beautiful view of a tranquil pond setting. Barbecue dinners and tropical sunsets.
Guest bedroom with twin bed excellent for child’s room. Third bedroom has been converted to Built-in office area equipped with fax machine and phone. Couch in office doubles as a Queen guest bed as
well.
Smoking is not permitted indoors. No pets.

Enjoy sporting events and races at Daytona International Speedway, or fun-filled evening of adult entertainment aboard the Suncruz casino boat. Within minutes of all Daytona fine dining, race tracks, Casino gambling, activities, shopping, airport and attractions. Daytona’s night life includes the Boardwalk with arcades, movies and shopping. Or spend the day at Disney only 1 hour trip to all Orlando attractions including Sea World, Universal
Studios, MGM and outlets. Also an ideal base for exploring surrounding attractions such as historic St. Augustine and Kennedy
Space Center. In addition to sunbathing there are numerous water sports, from
fishing & surfing to boating & snorkeling. Museums & art galleries populate the area as do shops, nightclubs & restaurants. Historical attractions include the Casements & Birthplace of Speed Park in the Ormond Beach area & Lighthouse Point Park in Ponce Inlet. Vehicles are allowed on many beaches, but the Canaveral National is also a popular nesting spot for sea turtles. The house is convenient to local cultural events including live
theater, galleries, concerts and a new Marine Science Center. Golf, tennis, bike trails, state parks, kayaking and canoeing are all within minutes of the house. Excellent golfing within 10 minutes.
