The Lord Byron Apartment is situated in Bellagio, in the locality of “San Giovanni.” This old fishing village just a few minute from Bellagio's center, a unique and classic setting whose quaint city streets make you think you've walked into another century. The little portico and church dedicated to San Giovanni Battista dates back to the 1500s making it Bellagio's oldest. In any delicious restaurant you can taste our specialties, all types of fish native to the lake. No hurry. No crowd. Just peace of mind and beauty of nature, you're own heaven on earth.
The Lord Byron Apartment is situated inside the shared complex “Villa Trotti Bentivoglio” which constitutes a splendid lakeside private park (15,000 mq). A variety of rare plant life is scattered amongst the sequoias, cedars, oaks and palms surrounding a large villa dating back to 1615. Today, this villa has been subdivided into lovely apartments. Inside the park, is a splendid pool hidden by the trees and private access path to the beach. The Lord Byron Apartment, is entirely removed and independent from the villa; and whilst the surrounding area is communal, more often than not you will find yourself completely alone, whether walking in the park or basking in the sunshine by the pool. The incredible atmosphere will make your trip unforgettable not just in summer, but also in the winter when the mild climate, the deep blue of the lake, and the autumn colors of the trees in the park offer undeniable beauty and peace of mind.
The House
The Lord Byron Apartment is an independent apartment secluded within the park. The apartment is situated a few meters from the pool and from the private access to the beach. It is around 200 metres from the Villa Trotti Bentivoglio, making it the only unit in the entire complex to benefit from independence, a great location, and total, absolute quiet and privacy. The apartment occupies the complete first flour of a marvelous free-standing stone house built in the Lombard style. The ground floor is the communal Club House; a living room, changing room and showers for those that use the pool. The Lord Byron Apartment is approximately 150msq and has a living room with a study corner, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, an eat-in kitchen and a terrace.
The Lord Byron Apartment is the only one in this house. Although the entrance to the Club House is on the ground floor, it is situated at the back of the house. The entrance to the apartment is private and exclusive and is situated at the front of the house which guarantees total privacy. It should be noted that the pool, the park, and the club house, are rarely visited by the other condominiums, consequently, the pool and the park are often empty except for those staying in the apartment. The Lord Byron Apartment is equipped with two large and accessible car parking spaces inside the park.

Interiors
The beauty that radiates from the park and its amazing natural surrounding area, continues flawlessly into the house. The private access across the exclusive staircase at the front of the house leads to a large, incredible living room (50 msq), complete with a fireplace and a corner study, is illuminated by six windows, each with its own fantastic views of the park. Following on (see plan 1) is the master bedroom with a private bathroom, the eat-in kitchen, another bathroom in the hallway, and finally, the terrace complete with furnishings. On the top floor, there is another double room with a private bathroom. Two supplementary beds can be made available using our modern solution, (see plan 2). The entry hall can be transformed into a small bedroom with a private bathroom, resulting in beds for six people. The apartment is fitted with a printer and wireless Internet connection so that you stay connected whether you are in the house, park, or pool. The large living room fireplace in wood and stone creates an unforgettable atmosphere on winter nights.

List of description and equipments:
From the park, entrance from the ground floor to a large entry hall is accessible. The stairs are polished wood and granite and lead straight into the living room.
Living room: rare parquet flooring, leather couch and armchairs, table with 8 chairs, LCD television, study corner with chair and table, flat adsl Internet connection, built in wall closet, modern art paintings deck the walls. 6 bright windows offer fabulous views over the park.
Kitchen; table with 4 chairs, Whirlpool refrigerator and freezer, big microwave, stove with four flames, dishwasher, kitchenware, pots and pans, coffee machine, toaster, plates and cutlery for up to 8 people. The windows of the kitchen look out over a secondary street.
Master bedroom with access to the terrace and views over the park: large private bathroom with a shower, double sink, toilet and bidet: inside the room there are two bedside tables with bedside lamps, air conditioning, color television, a large built in closet. This room is large enough to fit a cradle for a child up to a year old.
The attic room: two beds that can be put together or separated. Velux skylight window, private bathroom with tub, sink, toilet and bidet, air conditioning, closet.
“extra” room: fifth and sixth supplementary beds as shown in plan 2: this separate room can be created with walls and a door with a third private bathroom. This bathroom, unlike the others, is fitted with a modern Turkish bath. When the 5th and 6th beds are not in use, this room functions as an entry hallway used by the other occupants of the apartment to access the terrace and the bathroom. It is stressed that this is a supplementary bedroom to be used only for a 5th and 6th bed and therefore is not the same dimensions as a normal bedroom.
Large terrace with outside furnishings with view over the park
on the ground floor, with access solely from the rear of the house, there is the Club House with a living room and showers available for the use of all those that use the pool.

The payment must be made through “pay pal” or by a bank draft, according to the bank coordinates indicated by the owner. In the case of a bank draft, the banking expenses will be shared.
The payment scheme is conducted in the following manner:
- A deposit of 30% of the agreed price will be made by and not after the maximum term of 10 days from the reception of the “confirmation of booking” by the part of the owner on the penalty of the cancellation of the booking.
- the rest of the 70% of the agreed price will be paid before the term of 15 days before the arrival date. If this is not made, a penalty of the cancellation of the booking and the loss of the deposit will be executed.
Arrival and departure normally take place on Saturdays; however, they can potentially be altered subject to request and for periods less than one week long.
