Charming studio, attractively decorated and well equipped with queen bed, air conditioning/heating, microwave, toaster oven, electric kettle, coffee maker, bar fridge, outdoor barbeque, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, cable T.V., DVD player, clock ratio, telephone (local access only; a Bermuda calling card required for overseas dialing), and wireless internet. Bathroom includes a shower stall, sink, vanity and toilet. Laundry facilities available for visits of 8 nights or more.

A mere 5 minute walk to Church Bay in Southampton Parish, this location is on a major bus line along South Shore Road, and is close to all the glorious south shore beaches, excellent restaurants and several major golf courses (Port Royal, The Fairmont Southampton, Riddell's Bay and Belmont).

Poolside, there a barbeque, tables and chairs and chaises outdoors and under the pergola. The lawns in front of the house have spectacular views over the south shore. Rented along with the studio suite, C38A, the two units can very comfortably accommodate a total of 4 adults.

This location is particularly nice for guests who want a beach very close by as well as the convenience of a pool. The beautiful Church Bay is less than 5 minutes walk away.

NEARBY ATTRACTIONS

Church Bay Beach features wonderful rock formations offshore for spectacular snorkeling as well as powder soft sands. This beach needs only a picnic and a good book to make it perfect, as beach chairs and umbrellas are rented at the entrance in the summer time.

The fabled Horseshoe Bay, Warwick Long Bay and the trio of coves at Chaplin Bay, Stonehole Bay and Jobson's Cove are just a few minutes away heading east by bus or moped. There is also close access to the Railway (walking) Trail.

The closest major grocery store is 5 minutes away by moped or bus. Henry's Pantry, a convenience store within walking distance, is open 7 days a week.

Both the Fairmont Southampton and The Reefs Resort nearby provide access to fine dining, golf, and luxurious spas. More casual dining can be had at the Henry VIII, The Dining Room (at the Lighthouse), The Swizzle Inn and other cafes along the coast.

The town of Hamilton is about 20 minutes away by bus and a bit less by moped. There is also the sleepy but charming little hamlet of Somerset Village to explore, a mere 10 minutes away with shops, The Country Squire restaurant, a pharmacy and other essential services. Reserve a day for the wonderful Maritime Museum out at Dockyard on Ireland Island. There you will find meticulously restored historical buildings, craft shops and art galleries, pubs, cafes, shops and fascinating displays of items from Bermuda's extraordinarily colorful past. There is also a major ferry stop (Rockaway Fast Ferry Terminal) for a quick trip into Hamilton and on to St. Georges by bus or by ferry (ferry in the summertime only).
