This NEW 6 bedroom 3 bath Cedar Chalet Style home plus finished basement will be our best home yet! Everything you've ever wanted from a vacation home and much much more!! This spectacular home will overlook the golf course and will feature an open floor plan, knotty pine vaulted ceilings and a finished basement with game room and pool table. The main level will have living room with gas fireplace and TV. Dining area and full kitchen with dishwasher. 2 bedrooms one with a queen bed and one with a king bed. Full bathroom in hallway. Upstairs features master bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom with whirlpool tub. In the basement; 3 additional bedrooms, 1 with a queen bed, 1 bedroom with a king bed and 1 bedroom with a bunk bed (twin upper/full lower). All bedrooms will have a TV. Family/Game room with queen sofa sleeper, TV and pool table.
This home requires weekly rentals (Saturday- Saturday) during Peak Season, 3 night stay during Holiday Season. A 2 night stay is required during Off Season and Value Season. Weekly discounts are available. Please call direct for season rates and availability. This home sleeps a MAXIMUM OF 14 GUESTS. Rates for this home are based on 8 people over the age of 3 years old; additional person charge is $10 per person/per night. All reservations are subject to a $25 Reservation Fee upon making the reservation. A $500 Security Deposit is required at check-in. Reservations must be made direct and require a credit card payment for half the stay. American Express, Visa, Mastercard or Discover only
