For your convenience this unit has high speed internet, cable television with a Bose DVD and stereo system. You will enjoy 3 swimming pools a negative edge infinity pool with swim up bar over looks the glorious white sand beach. Relaxon the balcony with a Pina colada or soft drink and take in the view. The spa offers a fully equipped gymnasium with steam showers, sauna, whirlpool, and hot tub. Massage therapy is offered ocean front or in the privacy of your apartment.

3 bedroom 4 bath luxury Oceanfront unit. This fabulous property is within walking distance to all the amenities Cancun has to offer.
A car is not necessary but is available right outside the complex or at the airport upon arrival. There are bus stops and taxi stands right outside the complex and along the strip. There is a super WalMart in downtown Cancun right on the bus line for your grocery shopping needs They carry many American products, or small grocery stores located about the hotel zone. A pharmacy is just across the street. Night clubs such as Coco Bongo, Hard Rock Cafe, Daddy O's and Carlos and Charlies are also within walking distance.Visit Cambalache Steak house or dine casually at Mocambo's Oceanfront restaurant or take in some pizza at slices just a short walk away. Cancun is diverse and offers everything from fine dinning to casual fair. Shopping: La Isla shopping center is a must see located 5 minutes away by bus or taxi 'Luxury Avenue' shopping mall newly boast several upscale restaurants and shops. Don't forget to stop by one of the many 'open air mexican markets' for a taste of Mexican culture.
Mayan Ruin Tours, Fishing trips, Island adventures, Snorkeling, Sailing, Power Boating, Deep Sea Fishing, Scuba are all available through various tour companies located about Cancun. Every water sport you can think of is available for your pleasure in Cancun. This condo boast an amazing view with a negative edge pool that is both quiet and relaxing. My husband and I spent a week in cancun. This was condo was in a perfect location for shopping, dining and adventure. I have been to Cancun before and stayed at many luxurious hotels, but this was by far the cleanest and most secure location I have ever stayed at. I felt comfortable walking the grounds. It even has a massage / spa located on the property. The massage was fantastic and only cost us $50 american dollars. I would definetly rent this condo again not to mention I have already reccomended it to family and friends thatalso loved it.
