This large newly remodeled 3 bedroom home is conveniently located near an outdoor pool. The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, and large private bath with whirlpool tub and shower, 2 walk in closets. The other 2 bedrooms each have a queen size bed. The 2nd bathroom offers a tub and shower located in the hallway between the bedrooms. The living room has a two-way gas fireplace to be enjoyed while relaxing or dining. There is a queen sofa sleeper and a flat screen tv. The full kitchen with dishwasher offers a large open area with ample counter space for preparing meals. There is a small breakfast nook by the fireplace, breakfast bar with stools and dining table for plenty of dining space. Wet bar and laundry room with washer and dryer. Also includes a small office room with desk area for those weekend warriors or extra storage. You have a large deck with table and chairs, picnic table, charcoal grill, and fire pit for evening bonfires. Take a stroll down the walking path close by to discover a breathtaking waterfall. Dogs are accepted with restrictions: NO puppies, rotweilers, pitbulls or extreme large breeds. Pet charge is $10 per pet per night.
This home requires a 3 night stay during the Peak Season. A 2 night stay is required during Off Season and Value Season. Weekly discounts are available. Please call direct for season rates and availability. This home sleeps a MAXIMUM OF 8 GUESTS. Rates for this home are based on 6 people over the age of 3 years old; additional person charge is $10 per person/per night. All reservations are subject to a $25 Reservation Fee and a $25 non-refundable Damage Waiver Fee upon making the reservation. Reservations must be made direct and require a credit card payment for half the stay. American Express, Visa, Mastercard or Discover only.
