East 18th Street Ivy Suite
This two-bedroom, one-bath duplex suite is in a doorman building overlooking Stuyvesant Park in the Union Square, Gramercy area. With its eclectic mix of Neoclassical and Neo-Renaissance architecture, the building is one of the most imposing in the area.
The main level of the suite features an airy living and dining space, as well as the master bedroom with king-sized bed and a chef’s kitchen with Poggenpohl cherry wood cabinets, a Subzero refrigerator, and a Viking range. A sunlit staircase leads up to the second-level bedroom, which has two twin beds. Ivy-covered windows look out onto the building’s courtyard, making this suite seem like a retreat away from the city.
The building’s roof deck offers excellent views of the surrounding neighborhoods, which include Union Square, Gramercy Park, the Flatiron District, and the East Village.
