Rent this beach on Green Turtle Cay while you relax in the comforts of a modern Bahamian Beach House – The Coral Sands Beach House. The 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is directly on the Atlantic Ocean overlooking the protected cove called Bita Bay on Green Turtle Cay in the Abacos. If 3 bedrooms aren’t enough, an attached studio apartment is available as an additional bedroom and bathroom. This serene location offers all the comforts of home, from satellite TV to air conditioning. Coral Sands, Crystal Waters, and Captivating Views await you at the Coral Sands Beach House.
This new home, completed in 2008, offers two master bedrooms with views of the ocean, and king beds as well as a third bedroom furnished with 2 twin beds (with an option to convert to a king). The great room includes a queen pull out sofa. In addition, the house offers a one bedroom studio apartment on the ground floor which is available to rent as a fourth bedroom and bathroom.
Green Turtle Cay is approximately a one hour flight from several locations in Florida. Once you arrive at the Treasure Cay airport, a five minute taxi ride takes you to the ferry dock. A ten minute ferry ride across the Sea of Abaco will bring you to Green Turtle Cay where you will be met by a representative from our property managers. They will help you get settled in and will happily acquaint you with their island and our home.
Just steps from the house you will find yourself on the secluded beach. The near shore coral reef, packed with tropical fish, is perfect for an afternoon of snorkeling.

Studio

Studio will NOT be rented separately.
20% deposit upon confirmation.
