There will be a garage bay to yourself, wood burning fireplace, access to both hot tub and dry sauna, laundry, a full kitchen and beautiful views: from both bedrooms a view of the ski runs of Breckenridge Ski Resort; and from the great room, a view of open space.
Just half mile from Main Street, the Treehouse is in a quaint, old neighborhood with walking, hiking, and snowshoeing available right out the door! Just minutes from the new gondola that takes you right up to the top of Peak Eight, you will not miss the congestion around Peak Nine!
We are calling it the 'Treehouse' because of the amazing views of tree-covered open space.
Additional Rate Information
Early Season: Nov 09-Dec 17 $250/night (2 night minimum).
Holiday Season: Dec 18-Jan 02 $550/night (1 week minimum).
Value Season: Jan 03-Feb 11 $300/night (3 night minimum).
Regular Season: Feb 12-Apr 01 $350/night (3 night minimum).
Late Season: Apr 02-Jun 03 $250/night.
Summer/Fall: Jun 04-Nov 08 $275/night.
Cleaning fee of $100 for all stays unless agreed upon with owner.
