Property Information
Tranquil House is situated on the north shore coast at Long Bay, West End on the beautiful island of Tortola in the British Virgin Islands (BVI). It is set high in the hillside and is surrounded by landscaped gardens with tropical flowers. The view from the house is breath-taking, given the appreciative eye a picture mile long beach and the islands which line the northern horizon of Tortola.
The villa consists of four (4) bedrooms, three (3) bathrooms (with hot and cold running water), it is a split level house that is casual and ideal for a family. Features include a swimming pool at the entrance and three (3) patios around the villa. Amenities include telephone, High Speed Internet Access, Cable TV, DVD Player, CD Player / Radio, hair-dryers, ceiling fans in every room, Air-conditioning in all bedrooms, gas barbacue (BBQ) grill, washer/dryer and maid service two (2) days per week, full kitchen, linens, bath and beach towels provided, ice/drink cooler and beach chairs.
The living room, dining room and full kitchen are spacious and capture a large picture window that frames Long Bay Beach. This villa is perfect for the vacationer who wants to just get away and relax from it all.
This vacation rental has been the perfect getaway for families and couples alike. It is a four minute walk from the beach, five minute drive from food shopping and twenty minute drive from the city of Road Town, on Tortola. This prestine vacation villa in the Caribbean is your home away from home.
Additional Rate Information
Note that rates are quoted weekly. However the minimum rental period in the summer is 4 nights and minimum of 7 nights in the winter.
Also there is an additional 7% hotel and accomodation tax.

| Deposits: PAYMENT POLICY: A deposit of 50% is required to confirm a reservation. Reservations for which a deposit is not received are cancelled 10 days from the date that it was made. The balance of the rent and tax are due 45 days prior to arrival. |
| Lodging Tax: 7% HAT |
| Cancellation Policy: All cancellations and requests for change of dates or number of persons must be made IN WRITING. For cancellations received outside 45 days prior to arrival 75% of your deposit is refunded. For cancellations received within 45 days prior to arrival 100% of the deposit or rental (which ever has been received) is forfeited. However, if your dates have been rebooked 75% of the payment will be refunded. |
| Other Policies: CAPACITY OF VILLAS: The capacity noted in the description must be adhered to. Should a group misrepresent themselves, they will be required to pay for excess persons or shall vacate the villa without refund. In cases where it is possible to accommodate a rollaway, there will be a charge of $100.00 per week. This must be prearranged. |
