Daily Rental Rates
$2,900 per day.
• 25% discount for two week rental
• 50% discount for monthly rental
• 25% discount for last minute rentals (less than 14 days in advance with a three night minimum)
Vacation Rental Policies

25% deposit required for reservations made 180 days in advance or more.
50% deposit required for reservations made 180 days in advance or less.
Balance due prior to arrival. Rental contract required. |

| Other Policies: Rates include exclusive private use of main Sobre Vista Residence.
Rates do not include laundry service, food expense, beverages, or staff tips.
If a cancellation is made 180 days in advance of arrival date, 100% of deposit will be returned. Between 180 and 90 days in advance of arrival date, 20% of the total rental fee will be forfeited. Between 90 and 30 days in advance of arrival date, 40% of the total rental fee will be forfeited. Cancellations 30 days or less in advance of arrival date, 100% of rental fee will be forfeited.
Forfeited rental fees may be applied towards future rentals. |
