Property Information
First floor has large greatroom, wood burning stove, kitchen, dining area, bathroom, laundry area and a bedroom with a queen. There is also a separate den on this level. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms – one with a queen and two that each have two twins. The second bath is on this floor.
Additional Rate Information
Blue Ridge Getaways' rates include all towels, bed linen and full departure cleaning. If you need anything during your visit, we are always on call with maintenance or housekeeping services. We've tried to think of everything to make your vacation great!
For summer rentals complimentary access is included to the Chestnut Springs Pool and the Rhodes Farm Pool. Some properties include complimentary access to Lake Monican, the Blackrock Pool, and the Stoney Creek Pool.
Security deposits for holiday periods are not refundable in the event of cancellation. The applicable holiday periods are Martin Luther King Weekend, Presidents Weekend, Memorial Day Weekend, Fourth of July, Labor Day Weekend, Thanksgiving and the entire period between December 20 and January 2.
We cannot control the weather and do not guarantee conditions at the resort. No weather related refunds will be issued.
