The cabin is only a short drive to Historic Downtown Berkeley Springs and within walking distance of Coolfont Resort. The Bird's Nest is nestled in the Coolfont/Cacapon Mountainside.
This 3 bedroom & one full bath cabin features a full service kitchen, living room with wood fireplace and a large screened porch snuggled in by beautiful pine trees.
Additional Rate Information
RATES: $135-175/night
Over Party Limit, Please add $15 per/person per/night. Maximum Guests: 8
1 night rentals only, please add an additional $44.5 cleaning fee.
Cancellation Policy:
10% Cancellation Fee applies to all cancellations made 48 or more hours before your reservation or you can reschedule your reservation for no cancellation fee.
20% Cancellation Fee for all cancellations between 24 hours and 48 hours before your Reservation date.
1 night stay fee applies to any cancellation made on the day of check-in.
Sorry, no refunds or discounts for early departures.
Rescheduling Policy:
One time courtesy rescheduling of reservations for no additional fee if reservation is rescheduled 48 hours or more prior to check in date.
Any additional changes will incur a $25 processing fee per change plus applicable taxes.
Checkin Policy:
As a precautionary measure for an emergency situation and due to insurance, liability and maximum occupancy issues; absolutely no additional guests are allowed. Renters are required to inform Berkeley Springs Cottage Rentals of the total number of persons in your party and additional over party limit fees may be incurred.
Due to insurance and liability issues, please do not enter cabins prior to check in date. Any violations of this policy will be considered trespassing and violators will be prosecuted. Please contact Berkeley Springs Cottage Rentals for any questions.

**Sheets and towels are provided. Starter kits for paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, dryer sheets and napkins are provided. Please bring food, drink and hygiene products. Charcoal and lighter fluid may be purchased locally.
Satellite reception does not always come in clearly. Clouds, rainy weather, trees and other factors can affect the reception. We can not guarantee reception and we do not provide discounts for lack of satellite.
Sorry, NO CAMPFIRES. This cabin is located in a resort setting and campfires are not permitted by law.

Property Activities
There are individual instructions and a Visitor's Guide in each cabin to assist you during your stay. We do ask our guests to do the following items before departing the cottage:
Strip all beds that were used during your stay and please leave linens next to bed that was used.
If laundry facility is available in cabin, please start a load of towels before departing.
Wash and put away all dishes before departing. If cottage has dishwasher, please ensure dishwasher is turned on before departing.
Ensure coffee pot is TURNED OFF before departing.
Place the lock box (with key) back on the outside door for our cleaning personnel.
Ensure all doors are locked and all windows are secured before departing.
Please report any damages, broken items or problems immediately.
We are delighted to have you as guests, but please be respectful of our owners’ property.

Five women went to a town that was called Berkeley Springs
Looking forward to beauty & quiet and all the relaxation it brings.
As the cottage came into view, They shouted out with glee
It was adorable and inviting, Everything a cottage should be
They couldn't wait to find the springs, to sit and soak their feet
The water was cool and clear, and then they went in search of something to eat
The aroma coming from Maria's, tempted them to go in
All of the religious paintings, assured them that "pigging out" isn't a sin
Now they are cleaning up, and getting ready to travel home
They enjoyed their weekend so much and they hope you enjoy this poem!

"Bird's Nest was a wonderful place to get away from the busy world to relax and regain some energy for the rest of the year! The traols here are beautiful to walk or hike through, as well as the facilities provided by the Collfont Resort are very welcomed vby the family. Thanks for the great holiday, this is an ideal destination of of which I'm sure my parents and sister will be returning as soon as they get a chance as they live in Viginia, but I live in South Africa. We needed a break so bad from the stress of our daily loves, working, taking care of the kids, etc..Anyway, we loved the get-away. We curled up by the fire and watched movies. Pet Policy for Bird's Nest
Berkeley Springs Cottage Rentals is delighted to offer you pet friendly cottages so you can enjoy your vacation with your entire family (pets included). Our pet policy is listed below, there are individual cabin instructions in each cottage that will also assist you, please contact us if you have any questions:
All pets that are left unattended in the cottage must be tethered outside or kenneled (some cottages allow pets to be left unattended in the basement or garage areas, please see individual cottage Visitor’s Guide located at cottage).
Pet owners must scoop yard and place pet residue in trash bag in trash bin before departing cottage.
Please bring your pets' bedding, blankets, kennel and scooper (most cottages have a shovel in garage or utility room). The bedding and blankets that are located in the cottage are for our guests use only.
Please immediately report any pet damages or problems.
Please be respectful of our owners' property, we make an extended effort to offer pet friendly cottages and we appreciate our guests who also make an extended effort to ensure the cottage is left undamaged by pets.
Guests will be charged for any damages or extra cleaning due to pet owner negligence.
